How does Backorder Service work?

Our system reserves domain after it expires, anticipating its release. The instant the domain becomes available, we snap it up, securing and registering it in your name.

Why does the domain not becole the day it expires?

Domain name owners have various rights to still renew their domain name even after the Expiration date. This window is between the Expiry Date and the Release and is called the "Domain Offline status". The Drop Date is the most important date, as it is around this date that the domain will become available for public registration, and we will be able to register your back ordered domain name for you.Domains with two or more backorders will go to auction status.

How to place a backorder?

Just search for domain on www.nic.st interface if it is not available simply click “Backorder domain” button and follow offered steps in order to participate.
