ST - Expired DomainsHere you can see domains that has expired and currently in redemption period.
Once a domain name expires, it goes through many stages before being released to the open market. NIC.ST send out five renewal emails to account owner and domain billing contact before domain is completely released to the open market.
Domains in redemption period are generally expiried domains that became available for registration but was not released yet for public availability (open market).

40 days after domain expired it is entering into redemption period. You are unable to renew domain directly but restoration is still possible through your registrar. Domain is held in redeption period for 30 days. During redemption period ST Registry may use domain for own purposes or sell it through auctions or other distribution channels.
All Domains have the typical SEO relevant data, like PageRank, Backlinks and Archive.org Birth.
In order to register or renew such (expired) domain, a redemption fee of EUR 90 is required by ST Registry.
