What happens if I forget to renew?

Renewal period

This period means that domain has expired. We have a 40 days grace period in place which means we don't limit, suspend or close your account, your domain is still busy but not delegated to the root zone, particularly this mean that domain is offline; giving you plenty of time to get in touch, or pay the outstanding invoice which is done without any additional fee and restore full control over domain.

Expiration

When the grace period is up unfortunately your domain is held in redemption period for 30 days, but you will get an email letting you know to make sure you're kept updated.

Your domain can restore this domain by sending corresponding application to ST Registry support department, in such case there is 90 EUR application fee + renewal price according to the billing plan.

Please bear in mind, besides that, domains in redemption period can be sold to new Registrant/Owner. So if an account of yours has been expired and you need data from it or you would like to renew it, its better to do it before it will be late.
To check status of your domain : choose 'Manage Domains' from 'My Domains' menu.
